Осознанность (mindfulness) как комплексный психологический феномен

Аннотация
В настоящее время в зарубежных и отечественных исследованиях возрастает интерес к психологическим практикам, основанным на формировании навыка осознанного внимания или осознанности (mindfulness). Задачей данного обзора явилась систематизация данных об осознанности как комплексном психологическом феномене. Рассмотрены подходы к его определению, место в структуре психологических процессов, предлагаемые модели.
