Задачей данного обзора явилась систематизация данных об осознанности как комплексном психологическом феномене. Рассмотрены подходы к его определению, место в структуре психологических процессов, предлагаемые модели.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Interest in psychological practices based on formation of mindfulness skill is currently increasing in foreign and Russian research. The objective of this review was to systematize data on mindfulness as a complex psychological phenomenon.
