Анализ опросников самооценки депрессии PHQ-9 и BDI-II

Аннотация
Рассматриваются два наиболее широко используемых опросника самооценки депрессии BDI-II и PHQ-9. Целью исследования является анализ результатов данных опросников и их психометрических характеристик на выборке 392 студентов и сотрудников университетов г. Новосибирска (НГУ, НГМУ, СибАГС). По результатам опросника PHQ-9, 8 чел. попали в группу тяжелой депрессии, 38 - в группу умеренно тяжелой депрессии. По опроснику BDI-II в группу тяжелой депрессии попали 20 чел., 50 чел. - в группу депрессии средней степени тяжести. Опросники продемонстрировали хорошую и отличную надежность (коэффициент надежности альфа Кронбаха составил 0,83 для PHQ-9 и 0,905 для BDI-II). Корреляция между опросниками составила ρ = 0,71, p < 0,001. При проверке факторной структуры опросников была подтверждена однофакторная модель PHQ-9. Факторную структуру BDI-II установить не удалось, хотя наиболее адекватное соответствие данным продемонстрировала двухфакторная модель. Подобное расхождение в уровнях депрессии, а также отсутствие в нашем исследовании факторной структуры BDI-II может быть связано с тем, что данный опросник отражает не специфические компоненты депрессии, а особенности студенческой выборки. Обсуждается вопрос о возможности применения опросника BDI-II на неклинической выборке.
