В статье рассматривается проблема взаимосвязи интолерантности к неопределенности, тревоги и расстройств пищевого поведения. Последние тесно связаны с тревогой и тревожными расстройствами. В свою очередь, существуют данные о том, что интолерантность к неопределенности служит основой для возникновения тревожных расстройств и тревоги. Это дает основание предположить, что взаимосвязь между тревогой и расстройствами пищевого поведения обусловлена интолерантностью к неопределенности. На первом этапе было обследовано 94 девушки, на втором этапе – 325 девушек. В результате проведенного исследования была подтверждена связи тревоги с интолерантностью к неопределенности и склонностью к расстройствам пищевого поведения. Это выражалось в виде тенденции негативно реагировать на эмоциональном, когнитивном и поведенческом уровне на неопределенные ситуации и события, а также в форме межличностной интолерантности к неопределенности как стремления к ясности и контролю в межличностных отношениях.

The article is devoted to the problem of relationships between intolerance of uncertainty, anxiety and eating disorders. Eating disorders, anxiety and anxiety disorders are highly comorbid. At the same time, intolerance of uncertainty is considered a transdiagnostic factor for anxiety disorders. It can be assumed that the relationships between eating disorders and anxiety could be mediated by intolerance of uncertainty. Two phases of a study has been conducted. In the first phase we surveyed 94 women, in the second phase—325 women. The connection between anxiety, intolerance of uncertainty and eating disorders was confirmed. Eating disorders correlate with intolerance of uncertainty as a tendency to react negatively on an emotional, cognitive and behavioral level to uncertain situations and events, and also interpersonal intolerance of uncertainty as a desire for clarity and control in interpersonal relationships.
