<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the adaptation results for “Baby and Infant Screen for Children with aUtIsm Traits (BISCUIT)” questionnaire for early diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in the Russian-speaking sample ( n = 105). We evaluated the psychometric properties of the Russian version questionnaire: internal consistency reliability, construct validity, criterion-related validity and item discrimination. According to the results of the adaptation, BISCUIT questionnaire has good psychometric indicators, however, cutoff scores should be revised on a standardization sample with a larger number of clinical cases. The authors thank Johnny Lee Matson for providing the research rights to use the BISCUIT.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>расстройства аутистического спектра (РАС)</kwd><kwd>адаптация теста</kwd><kwd>ранняя диагностика РАС</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>BISCUIT</kwd><kwd>autism spectrum disorders (ASD)</kwd><kwd>BISCUIT</kwd><kwd>test adaptation</kwd><kwd>early diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders</kwd><kwd>autism spectrum disorders (ASD)</kwd><kwd>BISCUIT</kwd><kwd>test adaptation</kwd><kwd>early diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
