В статье представлены результаты адаптации опросника Baby and Infant Screen for Children with aUtIsm Traits (BISCUIT) для ранней диагностики расстройств аутистического спектра (РАС) на русскоязычной выборке ( n = 105). Произведена оценка психометрических характеристик русской версии опросника: надёжности по внутренней согласованности, конструктной валидности, конкурентной критериальной валидности, текущей критериальной валидности и дискриминативности заданий. По результатам адаптации опросник BISCUIT обладает хорошими психометрическими показателями, однако необходим пересмотр нормативных показателей в процессе дальнейшей адаптации на выборке стандартизации с большим количеством клинических случаев.
The article presents the adaptation results for “Baby and Infant Screen for Children with aUtIsm Traits (BISCUIT)” questionnaire for early diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in the Russian-speaking sample ( n = 105). We evaluated the psychometric properties of the Russian version questionnaire: internal consistency reliability, construct validity, criterion-related validity and item discrimination. According to the results of the adaptation, BISCUIT questionnaire has good psychometric indicators, however, cutoff scores should be revised on a standardization sample with a larger number of clinical cases.
