Представлены результаты исследования взаимосвязи между наличием суицидальных мыслей у подростков и характеристиками детско-родительских отношений (установками, поведением и методами воспитания матерей в восприятии подростков; положением подростка в системе межличностных отношений и характером коммуникаций в семье), а также социальной и школьной дезадаптацией. В исследовании приняли участие 60 учащихся 9-х классов 13-15 лет (30 мальчиков и 30 девочек, средний возраст 14 ± 0,6 лет) лицея № 7 г. Чулым Новосибирской области. Для проведения психодиагностического исследования были выбраны следующие методики: опросник детской депрессии М. Ковач (1992) (Child's depression inventory (CDI), [Kovacs, 1992], опросник «Поведение родителей и отношение подростков к ним» в адаптации Э. Матейчика и П. Ржичана (1983), проективный тест «Семейная социограмма» Юстицкиса и Э. Г. Эйдемиллера (1999), опросник «Сильные стороны и трудности (ССТ)» (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), форма для подростков [Goodman, 2001]. Для сбора информации о составе семьи, опыте употребления психоактивных веществ и наличии суицидальных мыслей проводилось также анкетирование. В результате проведенного исследования было выявлено, что социальная и школьная дезадаптация, сопровождающаяся проявлениями тревожно-депрессивных черт, еще не свидетельствует о наличии суицидальных тенденций у подростков. Анализ взаимосвязей между семейными факторами и суицидальным поведением у подростков показал, что оценка подростками воспитательных стратегий матерей как директивных, чрезмерно контролирующих, положительно связана с наличием у подростков суицидальных мыслей. Также мы можем сказать, что эгоцентрическая сосредоточенность подростков на своих переживаниях, ощущение изолированности и отсутствие близости в семейных отношениях являются важными составляющими суицидальных рисков у подростков.
The article presents the results of the study of the relations between the suicidal thoughts in adolescents and the characteristics of parent-child relationships (attitudes, behavior and methods of parenting of mothers in the perception of adolescents, the position of adolescents in the system of interpersonal relationship and the nature of communication in the family), and social and school maladjustment. The study involved 60 students of 9th grades, 13-15 years old (30 boys and 30 girls, average age 14 ± 0,6 years) of Lyceum No. 7 in Chulym, Novosibirsk Oblast. The following methods were chosen for conducting the psychodiagnostic study: Child's depression depression (CDI, M. Kovacs, 1992 Children's Reports of Parental Behavior Inventory (adaptation of E. Matějček, P. Říčan, 1983), the projective test «Family Sociogram» by Justitskis and E. G. Eidemiller (1999), Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), a form for adolescents (Goodman, 2001). A survey was also conducted to collect information on family composition, psychoactive substance use and the presence of suicidal thoughts. As a result of the study, it was revealed that social and school maladjustment, accompanied by manifestations of anxiety and depressive traits, does not indicate the presence of suicidal tendencies in adolescents. Analysis of the relations between family factors and suicidal behavior of adolescents showed that adolescents’ assessment of mothers’ parenting strategies as directive and overly controlling is positively related to the presence of suicidal thoughts in adolescents. We can also say that adolescents’ egocentric focus on their experiences, sense of isolation and lack of closeness in family relationships are important components suicidal risks in adolescents.
